vacation with family. two rooms booked. The hotel is very well placed at the heart of the city. After you exit from the hotel, there are shops for food, mcdonalds, the lee garden plaza, and the night market (mostly food there, but there are souvenirs too)Make sure you book the royal wing, if you book the other one, it is an old run-down hotel. they have another building and that is much better. Rooms were clean upon entry, and cleaning did a good job on the room as well. however, the receptionist (40s or 50s man) was not friendly, he could not speak in english, and he was quite rude to us as well. a minus in somewhat a perfect hotel.we visited lee gardens plaza hotel, but the lifts were quite confusing, u must know which lift goes where. u might get lost there, like we did. we went to the 33rd floor buffet restaurant, food was okay, but the highlight is the view from up there. even if you are not gonna eat there, just go and have a look at the view, its worth it. right before we checked out, the reception told that the bath tub stopper(the cover that stops water from flowing out), is missing in one of our rooms. but it was a fault by the staff, he did not check properly as the stopper was right there. probably an attempt to get more money out of us. because i have seen some hotels do this to customers to get more money. be alert and make sure everything stays the same when u check out, the same way u checked in.there is a band music at night for relaxation, massage as well
