Decent only in a pinch
We had called halfway through our 13-hour drive out there to see what time they closed the pool and the hot tub, we were told 10p, but when we explained the distance we were coming, the desk clerk said he would leave a note for the night clerk and they could leave it open for us. We arrived at 10:15 and the night clerk would not let us into the hot tub area, insisting that the closing time was 10p.
The main room was mainly clean, however the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was something all over the curtains, not sure how it got there and the valance of the curtain was absolutely covered in dust. There were ants all over in the bathroom and in the vanity area, so assuming they were also where it was harder to see.
The water was luke warm at best, so upgrading to the room with the jacuzzi tub was a waste as we couldn't even take a hot shower.
Several of the staff members were very polite, but one of the front desk staff was rude and acted extremely inconvenienced when we asked for help with something.
I had booked two rooms for December, but changed my reservation, I don't think I'll go back.
