It was a very friendly and helpful desk staff and we felt welcomed and appreciated.
I had a problem, however, with the Hotels.com App while traveling, which scheduled me for Oct 1, instead of Sept 30. I tried to reschedule, but was then charged for BOTH nights (non-refundable room!), although I thought I did not approve the change after finding out I'd be charged double.
I ended up calling and reserving, then paying with a CC at the Best Western when I arrived. I later realized I never got an email for the Sept 30 stay on Hotels.com, but was CHARGED FOR IT ANYWAY! So I'm trying to get a refund or two, after paying three nights of lodging for ONE night's stay.
