Had nothing but problems with front desk! After checking in and reminding them i had a service dog, manager John asked if i was staying there, no pets, had I already unpacked, and why didnt I tell front desk i had a service dog? All of which was done properly. He was unwelcoming, gruff, not hospiyable as he attempted to try and make me wrong. Had to go to front desk 4 times as my key kept not working. When i headed for the pool, i was told i had to have a reservation to use it, only one room can use it at a time! No openings available that evening. Never heard of such a policy. Just didnt feel good there at all
