The room was clean on the surface, but had an odd smell, no tv remote, broken doors and a broken coffee maker. Bed was not very comfortable and the drapes were dirty and disheveled. For the price charged, I give an F.
Air conditioning was horrible, customer service was friendly, rooms were outdated and the air conditioning barely worked. It also smelled musty and like cigarettes and stale alcohol.
Could use some new mattresses and the wind whipped the screen door open so we had to tie it shut at 4:30am. But it was a place to sleep the night and did the job!
We ended up not staying here at all. Chose to forfeit the cost of the non refundable room which was over the top expensive most especially for what you get. Got our room key, opened the door and went, nope, no thanks. Turned the key back in and never returned!!returned.
Location of hotel is in an industrial area so if you are looking for more serene setting you may be disappointed. Great if you sre looking for quick overnight stay. Room we received was was same as pics on Hotel.com dite.
We tried to stay at a hotel but they were all booked up on the Friday night so we knew when we booked it that it wouldnât be up to what we were used to.
Looked like a Montana cabin. Beds were old spring. Bathroom had some grime on outside of tub. Just had a bathroom door handle lock on outside door which didnât feel to safe
The Dreamland Motel was just right for our needs - a comfy bed for the night, clean bathroom, good fridge (for our cooler items). Nice and quiet. The check-in went very well, and the folks at the desk were friendly and welcoming. The price was great!
