Very good place for shopping and eating and good for meetings

Rey attentive staff especially the front desk staff and the bell boys.

Very nice hotel. Close to everything Nirth side of Dubai. Staff is fantastic. Front desk very accommodating. Everyone smiles and says hello and is more than willing to assist. Great stay. I’ll be back.

Very noisy, not 5 star , poor breakfast, initial room was occupied, the upgrade was on lower floor and noisy, noise from the night club goes on till 3 am .

This is a great place to stay overall. However, I was not made aware of the hidden taxes and fees that were UNDISCLOSED at prior or at time of booking and there for cost my room cost an additional $300+ USD when I checked in. It WAS NOT because of the New Year's holiday.

The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating and made sure we wanted for nothing. They treated us like royalty. They remembered my name and greeted me by my name every time they saw me. The room was very clean and well maintained.

One of the nicest hotels I've even stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, the food is the best in the entire city, and the location has a Subway station within 100 meters. I will always stay there when I visit Dubai. Thanks guys!

Location of the hotel is close to the train station, which allowed us to travel around pretty easily. Reception staff was great. Hotel had good interior, however had a few years on it and has not been maintained well. Two major complaints: spa and cleanliness. We tried to get the massage the day we arrived, they were fully booked, fully understandable to we booked it for the next day. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment they said that they not ready and staff is not in so they can do it in an hour.

Quality excellent for the price

The chlorine in the water supply was very strong. I had some breathing issues after five days of taking showers there. Also my skin on my face is very dry from the water. Other than that the hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly and very prompt. It just had to do with the water condition. I hope to stay there again but I probably won't take as many showers LOL...
