This property reminded me of the places i stayed at as a kid. Its a bit outdated, but was clean and quiet.
Rob, 1-night trip

It looked dingy from the outside, but we were surprised at how clean and cozy it was. It is a little noisy; you can hear the other rooms, not loud but muffled, talking and when the water is turned on. It's suitable for a family. We would stay there again. It was a reasonable price, and the reviews were okay. I booked it through Expedia at the last minute.
Kris, 1-night trip

The owner was very friendly. Room and beds were comfy but the room had an annoying smell and outdated property.

I loved how i had my own kitchenette. I liked it was in walking distance of shopping and food. I liked how i was not bothered everyday. Very welcoming. Would stay their again and recommend it to friends and family

For the money, this is a decent motel. There's no breakfast, but my unit had a kitchenette, so I made meals and had snacks there, which saved me some $. We did eat out a couple times in the area. We were able to park right in front of our room. The manager was helpful. My bed was hard, which wasn't to my liking, but my brother liked his. The room was spacious. The TV is crap, so bring your own laptop and HDMI cable to watch stuff.

You never know what to expect from motels these days but this one is quite good. The property on the outside looks somewhat dated but the front desk person was friendly, the room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean. The TV worked well and had cable with Sportsnet. There are several restaurants around (fast food, Chinese, Boston Pizza) within walking distance. I'd recommend it.

Difficult to give complete rating as only slept there. Only staff I met was Jasmine. Very friendly. Unit was large with full kitchen with appliances, dishes & flatware. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Just what I wanted for this trip.
Virginia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The rooms were outdated. The bedding had stains on it. Several dead flyes were inside the room. The dryer was missing and the top box was dirty. The couch was old and stained. I do understand that it was not 5 star hotel but it shall be cleaned and presentable.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a very well é equipe kitchen in the room. Had to call front seat for a new battery for the smoke detector and he was there to help in no time. Chose the his place because it was very easy to access hotel arriving cycling from Picton via the Millennium trail. We were able bring bikes right in the room. I would definitely stay here again should I cycle this trail I again.
MICHELLE, 1-night trip

We went to this motel because of a previous good experience 15 to 20 years back. It has since become poorly maintained. What a shame for an establishment in such a prime location.
Michel, 3-night trip

Nothing in the listing explained that some units are trailers. I would never have booked at that piece for a friggin trailer. It was dirty, other than the bathroom which looked like someone had cleaned it (except for the mirror and toothpaste on the wall). The closets were missing trim, the couches were missing fabric, the towel and pillow cases were stained. The windows were covered in spiders, inside and out.
