When arrived there was other guests in the room we booked given a different room , twice , which was around the back of the ones in photo. Payed good money for ocean view and didn't get . Carpets looked like something you would find in a $20 dollar a night dump. To add insult to injury the guests that took our room (self check in ) partied all night with music so loud couldn't sleep (a 20th birthday party ) .Overall terrible experience.
This property was fantastic for what we needed however it definitely needs some work⊠there were multiple areas of black mould in the ceilings & the furniture is very worn & uncomfortable. The king bed mattress was especially bad & really needs to be replaced
Nice location near beach but expensive for quality of the apartment. Needs money spent on dressing up painting , new carpets , furniture (outside setting for dinning table), no Foxtel, no WiFi, multiple light bulbs blown, hot water washing maxhibw major leakage, needs general maintence around place, garage roller door unable to close. Not satisfactory at all for money spent!!!!
Description on Expedia does not do this justice. It is a three bed end terrace house on two floors with full kitchen, washing machine, private garden to dry clothes and fabulous views of the beach. There is a garage for the car. The fridge was stocked with a litre of milk, loaf of bread and butter with cereals and jam. We were here for the cricket and it was a 5 minute drive to the metro with parking (45mins to Adelaide by metro) which was free with tickets. When you arrive you need to ring the number to find where the key lock box is, that needed to be clearer on Expedia. Shame it was only 18 degrees and raining in December !
Property is in a great location close to the pub, beach and all the shops needed. Apartment 4 while it did not have direct beach views we could see enough and kids were protected from the afternoon sun as the front lawn went into shade. Great for the late arvo frontyard cricket.
