It's a very "beachy" feeling kind of place. There are several buildings, we stayed on one of the end buildings. Beach access was great.
The motel is a little run-down, and outdated, but if you really only care about the beach then that shouldn't be a problem. Everything worked.
Parking is tight, we had to pay extra to park our 2nd car across the street.
The train noise is pretty loud at night, but you get used to it.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
They did have an elevator which made it easy to bring our beach cart up to the room.
For the price, I can't complain.
