Keep away
Dirty rooms with alot of insects, I had to put my infant baby formula powder in the fridge to keep it safe. Bathroom is very nasty and the lower part of shower's curtain is brown due to wear and tear. Bad staff at the reservation office upstairs and they hate Expedia rates because the direct reservation through the hotel is more expensive than Expedia; they try to do everything to make you cancel Expedia and book through them (by putting extra fees , saying that reservation is invalid.. etc) . The hotel has three restaurants and everyday the same food was in every restaurant even though one of them is called Italian and the other called oriental but both have the same type of food. Two restaurants smell very nasty odour with bad ventilation. Very low quality soft drink of a local brand and it caused mild ulcers to my tongue. And the surprise at the checkout the security staff forced our car driver not to move until we return the plastic strips used for hotel entry which I didn't encounter such condition in any hotel in Hurghada nor Sharm Elshekh .
