Visiting my daughter. Great location. Front desk staff seemed to be anxious for shift to end. Hubar delayed opening until 3:30. Lobby bar didn’t open until 5. No food until 5?? Seemed odd that a hotel at that expense can’t figure out a friendly staff and food and drinks all day. Great views upstairs once it finally opened. Sucked that you had to cross the breeze way to get to the roof top and it only allowed up when the Hybar allowed you entrance. They didn’t seem to care about what time they advertised as open (3pm) vs whe. They were ready. We were told, “they were still cutting fruit”. Several phone calls and several complaints later at least 50% of the patrons left for other opportunities. Once opened, the bar was under staffed and struggled to keep up. Although friendly, defiantly under prepared and dreaded. For the price paid I would recommend staying at neighboring hotels and wait until 5 and take advantage of the amenities offered… but be prepared to wait, as service is not the top priority
