Family trip - 4 nights stay
Amazing hotel located in the heart of Myeongdong where street food is literally around the corner. Staff are friendly and forthcoming. Dyson hair dryer and nespresso coffee machine provided in the room. Molten Brown products add on to the luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious and service is first class - felt like fine dining with bigger portions. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommended, will definitely come back again. This was our second time staying at Hotel 28 and we will always stay here when traveling to Seoul. It’s so conveniently located in the middle of town, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is top tier. It’s by far the nicest accommodation we’ve stayed at. Freaking amazing location!
Amazing location! Walking distance to the train stations, located right in front of restaurants, surrounded by shops, around the corner from the nightly street market! My husband and I had an amazing time!! Rain or shine the street market was going, great food, drinks, fruit. Hotel was clean, it had everything we needed, truly a gem. I would stay here again!!! We had a larger room with a tub, corner suite, living space area. It was great!

Exceptional boutique hotel with style
My daughter and I stayed here for five nights - perfect location, quiet rooms despite being on a busy street - and all high end amenities and services. While the restaurant was closed, the hotel offered a catered box breakfast of our choosing and it was served hot and at the requested time. The commercial grade coffee service and hair dryer in the room along with the upscale heated plumbing fixtures were a bonus. The staff spoke English well and were very happy to help. The daily cleaning and the complimentary refreshing mini-bar were very welcome and unexpected. This boutique hotel offers a valued service and accommodations. We loved it (and we travel a lot). As I'm a producer, I loved the film theme despite not knowing the actor who owns the hotel.

Hotel is stylish and convenient. Right in the heart of myeondong street everything is walking distance and easy to get to. Room is spacious, bathroom and shower are separate and a little small but modern and clean! Hotel staff is great helped hold luggage and call taxis. Only thing is there's only one elevator for the hotel sometimes it could get crowded.

Excellent hotel with fantastic service right in the heart of Myeongdong. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby, as well as a lively night market. There was one night when there was someone singing/performing outside the hotel and it was quite loud until around midnight, but we didn’t have problems other nights. Overall it was a great experience, the hotel and our room were tastefully decorated and we even got a small bag of popcorn on arrival. Highly recommmend!

Excellent stay at hotel 28 Myeongdong! Best location, near shopping, restaurants, tour pick ups, large mall and street foods. Everything is right there. Great service by front desk, very clean and surprisingly quiet with all the action just in front. Mini fridge refilled daily with drinks. We went on three tours and all pick ups were in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Place was great overall. If you’re not a smoker, you’d probably have issues right outside the hotel as it’s a common smoking zone. Meaning every time you step out of the hotel or get back to the hotel, you’ll be passing by a street with a good helping smell of cigarettes.
