no hot water, no clean bedsheets and itchy as well. Very noisy as its next to main street, windows are not sound proof atall. Staff is very good and helpful.

Terrible stay. Hidden restrictions that you may not drink alcohol in the room. Had to sign declaration to that effect to check in. They would rummage through the waste to check it and that would result in a fine of 100 dollars, alternatively report it to the authorities who will give even higher fines. On hotels.com it was only stated that it was a non-smoking hotel. Checked out already after a single day. Not at the reception could they make themselves understood in English, everything was done via google translate. Constant noise in the hotel with doors slamming and staff walking through the corridors with loud walkie talkies. Felt like you were in a prison...

Two things: There is a problem with hot water and the noise on the streets because they have bars and restaurants around. So, be ready for it when you there. Other than that, I’m happy with everything else. The staff is pretty nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely recommend it.

Pros: Clean nice rooms, good quality price relation, good location. Cons: Takes a long time for hot water to come out, sometimes doesnt come out at all. They photocopied my passport which I think is unnecessary and risky (identity theft). If you are foreign i suggest you to hand in some library card instead of actual ID.

Very poor check in experience. The noise in the hallways was LOUD, every sound will echo, and the doors are poor quality. After not being able to sleep because of the noise, I remembered I had some ear plugs in my luggage, these helped a lot. If you're going to stay here, bring earplugs. The TV remote could not change channels. There was no cup or glass, so could not have a glass of water. Oh, did I mention how LOUD it was? The wifi was good.

La ubicación es muy buena ya que sobre la avenida pasan tanto camiones que van a Zona hotelera como a sitios dentro de la ciudad. Estas caminando a 5 minutos de “Las Palapas” y a 10 minutos del ADO. El hotel están remodelándolo por lo cual algunas habitaciones aún tienen detalles faltantes como en mi caso una loza del baño. La habitación es prácticamente para dormir, medio amplia y con lo necesario. Tampoco esperen mucho por el precio, por lo cual considero que está al nivel la calidad de lo que pagas. Podría regresar porque fue bueno. Solo pidan habitaciones que no sean del fondo porque a lado hay un antro y en fines de semana se escuchaba un poco la música, los del primer piso también hay un ruido como de máquina que se percibió casi todo el día.

El hotel no es un hotel boutique para nada. Las habitaciones están muuuuy viejas y no en condiciones. Adentro de la cama había bichos y el baño estaba en pésimas condiciones. No está acorde al precio ni cerca. No lo recomendaría.
