The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately, it does not offer free parking—valet parking is the only option. The most disappointing part of our stay was the valet service. The attendant who received my vehicle seemed distracted and made multiple mistakes while registering it. He sent me a payment link, which I processed immediately, but later claimed I had not paid. Thankfully, I had taken a screenshot of the confirmation, which confused him even more.
I also noticed that he was unsteady while walking, and his lack of focus raised concerns about his professionalism. I mentioned this to another valet employee, but my concern was met with silence, making me feel that this issue was known but not addressed.
The next morning, when I requested my car, the new valet attendant told me it was not in the system. This confirmed that the previous attendant had failed to register it properly, despite my payment upon arrival.
While the hotel itself met expectations, the valet parking experience was highly frustrating and left a negative impression. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future guests.
