Room was paid and confirmed but when l arrived was told by the staff that was no more rooms available, and they will not confirm until 24 hours , l was taken by surprised , these has never happened.
Didn’t know that expedia has this kind of ruling.
Tried to get my refund from Expedia but there was no refund button which will appear , then l realized that my room was actually given away by the hotel .
I had a long day travelling it was midnight and was fed up with the stupidity l had to deal with .
Since they didn’t honour the agreement Online
I just wanted my money back and find another
Not wanting to refund me my money they offered me a room which smelled musky l refused, that’s not right thing to do.
It was raining as l was about to drive off , the receptionist came and said they will give another room which is better since it’s not my fault.
Glad they admitted it’s actually their fault,
I decided to take the offer as we were so tired.
The room was good except that it was not clean properly as there were few lizards dropping . Other than that it was fine
