Nazionale Flat

We stayed in this apartment for a little over a week this fall and had a great stay. Fantastic location - we could walk to most major sites. Clean and comfortable apartment, with a decently appointed kitchen. Good, strong wi-fi. It's kind of like a big studio in that the bedroom is behind sliding glass doors that don't go all the way to the ceiling. The bathroom is also in a frosted glass "box" which was fine for us as a married couple but may be weird if you were with a parent or a friend. The biggest issue we had was street noise. It's on the second floor on the Via Nazionale which is a major thoroughfare. The noise with the window open was deafening, with the window closed it was greatly muted but still audible. The apartment has heating and cooling so you don't need to open the window for ventilation, but if you're a light sleeper (like my husband is), the noise could be an issue.

Very convenient location, 10 min from Termini. If your suitcase is not too too big, you can walk or take a bus for 1 stop. A coop is located nearby, piazza Venezia and other attractions in 15-20 min walk. The apartment is very spacious, which is nice. Hot water valve is broken but it is still possible to make it work. The towels are stained and pretty warned out.

Todo el apartamento es identico a la fotografia, muy limpio y una excelente ubicación, con mucha comodidad. Lo único malo es que cuando reservas no se te indica que te van cobrar un taza de soggiorno o impuestos de €100, para mi fue una sorpresa, afortunadamente llevaba efectivo porque si pagas con tarjeta te cobran 3%mas y ya estando con tu familia en el punto y con actividades programadas no te queda de otra que pagar, toma en cuenta esto porque al final el precio de la renta te sale más alto de lo esperado. Pero el apartamento en sí muy lindo, todo accesible y muchos lugares para conocer sin usar tu carro. A media cuadra puedes usar un parque que te cobra €10 hora o €37 por 24 hrs. Se encuentra en un segundo nivel y no hay elevador.

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und damit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lebensmittel bekommt man recht preiswert in der Nähe der Wohnung. Allerdings hat die Lage an der Hauptstraße Via Nazionale den Nachteil, dass es nachts recht laut ist. Das Fenster zur Straße hatte zudem auch einen defekten Scharnier, so dass es sich nicht ohne Schwierigkeiten öffnen und schließen lies.

Отличное расположение апартаментов, особенно для людей, путешествующих на поезде (расположен вблизи ж/д вокзала). До всех основных достопримечательностей пешком 15 минут. Улица, на которой расположены апартаменты, будет интересна для любителей шопинга.

Muy bien ubicado, excelente apartamento, muy amplio, cómodo y limpio. Atención excelente, llegamos con retraso de nuestro vuelo y en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada. Las fotos no mienten. De volver a Roma seguro repetiremos !!!!

Geräumiges Appartment an lauter Verkehrsstraße in Rom. Gute Schallisolierung bei geschlossenen Fenstern, sehr zentrale und gute Lage. Super Anbindung an Buss und Bahn. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft könnte besser sein, hab aber auch schon schlimmeres erlebt

Muy buen apartamento. Central. Comodo. Cerca de Colosseo, Plaza Venecia, Foro Romano, Fontana de Trevi, etc. Lo unico malo es que no hay ascensor, pero es solo un piso a subir

Accueil efficace et sympathique. Bien placer proche de la gare et métro et bus Bien équipés, par contre très très très bruyant que ce soit les bruits de la rue ou des voisins. Et la douche dans la pièce commune en paroi de verre ne donne aucune intimité. ( on voit tout à travers ) Quelques problèmes de plomberie et de fuite d'eau de la douche. À conseiller pour un couple seul avec des boules Quies.
