The unit was cozy with all the amenities needed for my stay, although I never found the thermostat. Many restaurants, bakeries, dépanner (convenience) stores and a pharmacy around the corner. The metro was nearby and the museums and galleries a short walk or Uber away. Overall the neighborhood was safe but late night there was the occasional odd person, not an issue for me.

Centrally location within east reach of all Downtown Montreal and an enjoyable walk to Old Montreal. Great space for a longer stay, significantly bigger than a hotel room. They were understanding with a concern I had a did their best to fix it.

Spacious but tv don’t work

It’s a nice apartment hotel with a full kitchen, and laundry. VERY spacious. There were two tvS but neither worked. Dining chairs were in awful condition. Otherwise, great location and easy to get to places. Great Japanese eateries and jazz bars nearby. I would stay again.

I have stayed at this property before and loved it, but unfortunately this time around the room was disappointing. It was very dirty, run down, TV did not work, and did not appreciate all of the noise outside of the building. I am sad to say I did not have a great experience.

However, we are girls and found it a bit inconvenient as the washroom counter has very little space to put on the makeup and skincare products and lavabo kinda stuck. Cleanliness was average as some corners was still dirty. It was hard to find temperature centre, wifi was weak as well. Good on average.

We loved everything about our stay at the Pierce Boutique Apartments. The communication was excellent, the Simplissimmo team is one of the most professional I've seen for aparthotels. It's self-catered, so have reasonable expectations. The location is excellent, with 2 Metro stops nearby. Provides access to all of Montreal in every direction. It's a very safe area and the building requires codes to enter & for the elevator to your floor. I much prefer to stay in areas that allow you to be immersed with locals, which feels more authentic vs a tourist zone. There are endless choices for restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. There's a convenience store next store and a number of great grocery stores nearby. Supermarché PA du Fort was close, offered excellent selection and prices. The apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, should you want to cook or simply to make a quick breakfast. The bedroom is separated from the living area. We appreciated the amazingly comfortable bed to recharge. The bathroom is well setup and the shower is excellent. As mentioned, it might be helpful to provide a mat as it's slick. The livingroom offers a comfy large couch that can sleep 2. Tons of closest space, a full size washer/dryer & couple of detergent pods, which we used. The design is very modern with concrete ceiling and painted floors. Glad to have padded flip flops to wear in the apartment since the floors are hard on my bad knees. I will be happy to stay on a future visit!
