Candeo Hotels Tokyo Shimbashi

I really loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in the king bed room and although it's not the biggest room, we found it was perfect for our city stay, as we weren't spending too much time in the room other than sleeping anyway. They provided all the necessities including big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap and razors! The bed was comfortable and overall I liked the room's set up. The breakfast was great, providing a range of Western and Japanese food. The staff were really friendly, polite and we found that they all spoke great English. I cannot comment on the sky spa as I have tattoos, so couldn't use the bath. However, the changing room area was nice, clean and again provided some essentials including hair ties. Overall I would recommend this hotel as I would happily go back when visiting Tokyo.

Great location. Many restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to JR and Metro line. Great staff.

Just be aware of two things. 1. No closet to put away your close and they only have a couple of hanger to hang on the wall for your close. 2. Bathroom is about 25 square feet that includes Toilet, bathtub and sink. Addition to that We supposed to stay 5 nights but canceled 4 nights. Roof top spa I saw that blood on the floor and I decided to not go inside. Inside room heater makes very round noises constantly. So we complain to hotel But they told me they can not help it.

Plenty of eateries in the surrounding area. The train station is just a 5 minute walk away.
