Distrikt Hotel New York City, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Great location, clean and quiet. No coffee in room, so you had to dress and go down to their coffee shop. Also, the $25 plus tax extra charge each night seemed excessive. It included 2 drinks, but we weren't always at the hotel to use the coupons. Wifi should always be included at no charge in hotels in the USA. I would rather pay for any drinks I ordered there and not have the $25/night charge.

TV and telephone did not work. I had to go to the front desk to let them know. Eventually sent up an Engineer to fix the TV. Next day, my room was not cleaned and towels were still on the floor in the bathroom at this is around 5:30pm. Again, went to the front desk to complain and said they would have housekeeping bring up clean towels.

Very convenient location. Right off Time Square. Not much ambience. The cable connecting the TV was broken. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean

Everything was good. The bed frame was slightly ripped, but the bed was comfortable. They provide 2 vouchers for drinks a day per room, I wish it was per person staying in a room. House keeping was great, very clean rooms.
