This was perfect for our family of 7. We wanted a weekend trip in DFW but didnât want to stay right in the middle of everything. We were able to get 2 connected rooms. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us when our kids accidentally bolted the door and locked us out :-D. I figured they would charge us a fee but they didnât! The pool was the best hotel pool Iâve ever been to. Our room with the queen beds was comfortable but our King bed was just a little uncomfortable. We still slept well. It was clean, which is a huge relief for me when I book a suite. There was a Kroger and a Neighborhood Market nearby.
Horrible experience. We just wanted a restful night after a long road trip and it was anything but that. The bathroom had no soap at all, just shampoo and conditioner. I ended up using shampoo to shower because we were so tired. Then the AC is ridiculously loud. It sounds like an exterior generator. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep. So we sweat the entire night. It automatically turns back on and that was our wake up call at 6am. Breakfast was a greasy, processed, unhealthy mess with no healthy optionsâ unless you want an apple. Ending breakfast at 9:30 am is a bit tone deaf for an extended stay hotel. The refrigerator and cutlery in the rooms werenât cleaned recently and the dust on the lamps was unacceptable. Iâm a travel guru, and chose this place for the location and supposed comforts of home. I knew I failed when we were struggling to fall asleep and my boyfriend asked me, âWhat informed your decision to choose this place?â Just donât do it if you want to be comfortable. The value for the price is quite bad.
Nice, quiet, clean room. Service was decent at the front desk. Only complaint was house keeping was a little loud in the halls. Other than that a decent stay for the price
Very Clean, the bed was super comfortable. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The Desk clerk was nice and friendly. I would recommend staying at this location.
