The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities.
Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often.
I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.
Despite the good reviews, that was not my experience. Overall, the hotel seems to be run completely by young people that don't have the attention to details a hotel needs. Requests to speak to the owner or manager were resisted. One request for maintenance was never conveyed to the mechanic as the "Ops Supervisor" was talking with employess and playing on his phone. Some of the rooms are over work areas and banging late at night and very early in the morning was heard. Overall, with the amount workers seen milling around doing nothing, the overall cleanliness of the property was not good at all. I would never stay here again!
Booked the hotel for my out of town friends for a class reunion. The hotel was easy access to the event. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating.
The staff on duty were very helpful. One of the family members has hard type in climbing stairs so they facilitated it by giving us room at the 1st floor and room service breakfast. The buffet breakfast had sufficient choices. The pancakes and banana with peanut butter crepe were delicious. Looking forward to go back again. Kudos to the staff.
The property is an older build on the former U.S. Navy installation, Subic Bay. Therefore, there is great history and nostalga. The only issue I could see is cleaning needs improvement in the bathroom.
