We hadn't completed the Identity verification before arriving. The website wouldn't allow us to enter pictures of our passports. The local customer service number in Finland was not working. We had to call the customer service number in Germany to talk to someone who sent us another link to take pictures of our passports and of us to complete the verification which took another 20 minutes to verify. There was no signage on the building on how to proceed.

You must pre-check through email. My email was not working. I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID!

Muuten kaikki oli oikein hyvin, mutta suihkuhuoneen lattiassa ei ollut mitÀÀn kaatoa, eikÀ lattiaa saanut kunnolla kuivaksi. Pyyhkeille ei ollut kuvauspaikkaa. Das Apartmenthotel ist sehr gut gelegen, gegenĂŒber befindet sich ein grosses Einkaufszentrum und es nicht weit weg von der Autobahn. FĂŒr uns auf der Durchreise war dies perfekt. Das Zimmer mit der KĂŒchenzeile ist sehr gross und hat ein schönes und modernes Design. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber.

PidÀn enemmÀn hotellista, jossa on respa paikanpÀÀllÀ. Ongelmia lisÀvuoteen kanssa, johon olisi ollut heti hyvÀ saada apua, mutta kyllÀhÀn siitÀ sitten itsekin selvittiin. Mutta vuode ei ollut oikein toimiva kaikesta huolimatta. Huone oli kuitenkin liian ahdas neljÀlle, ei pitÀisi mainostaa sopivana niin monelle kun on pari teiniÀ mukana. Aamupala-toive ei ollut mennyt perille, johtui ehkÀ siitÀ, kun vahvistusviestit tulivat englanniksi, enkÀ sen vuoksi kunnolla asiaan perehtynyt. Ja tÀmÀ oli iso puute. HyvÀÀ oli kuitenkin oma pieni keittonurkka ja jÀÀkaappi. Ja siisti paikka muuten. Oli myös ennakkomainos vieressÀ olevasta hienosta uimalasta, mutta se olikin kiinni.

Loistava valinta matkaajille jotka haluavat vain nukkua, kÀydÀ suihkussa ja nauttia omatoimisen aamiaisen. JÀttimÀinen kauppakeskus ZEPPPELin ja LIDL aivan lÀhellÀ. ST1 huoltis myös, jossa BURGER KING. Korkeat huoneet ja todella iso kylppÀri suihkulla. Iso jÀÀkaappi ja kaikki astiat jne huoneessa.
