The double height open plan kitchen/living/dining area gives the property an open, spacious feel - perfect for allowing the whole family space to relax and entertain. Freeview TV and DVD player are provided and the lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 guests and a large glazed wall with doors leading out to the patio.
A dining table and chairs for 6 guests is provided in this spacious living area, along with a trendy breakfast bar in the kitchen area.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cater for your family, modern appliances make everything as easy as possible for you.
There are two bedrooms to the ground floor making this property ideal for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. Both have an en-suite shower room with shower cubicles, and you have the choice of a double or twin. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with a king size bed and space for a travel cot.
To the first floor there is a family bathroom (no shower) and to the ground floor, both bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a hose available for washing down boards, wetsuits and sandy feet!
The property benefits from an internal doorway from the main entrance hall to the garage. This space can be used to store bikes/boards etc. A washer, dryer can be found in the utility area of the garage.
The garden is laid with patio and stone chippings with several shrubs and a hedged boundary to the Tarka Trail. A hot tub is available for an additional charge of £125.
The driveway has parking for two vehicles and the property is located next to the Tarka Trail and therefore perfect for enjoying some lovely bike rides along the North Devon coast.

COVID-19 INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Please read our FAQ's & COVID-19 Guest Information & Policies to see the steps we are taking to ensure Guest & Housekeeper safety. We are pleased to be accredited with the Visit England 'Good to go' COVID-19 safety scheme.
There is a refundable security deposit of £100 payable with the final balance or 1 week prior to arrival - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking).
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
