Requested a room that was pet friendly,confirmed online with hotels.com. Arrived at the motel and attendant was very rude saying that they didnt know I needed a pet friendly room. He said, in the future call us to let us know and now I have to give you a non pet room as we are booked. He also made sure that he told me " I'm sure I'll get complaints" but I can't move you to any other room. He also told me in the future if you see that it says studio its not pet friendly like what? Are we supposed to know this? Instead of just chalking it up to provide the best customer service as they and hotels.com obviously have their settings wrong. Other than that we were happy. He needs to be trained on his service! And no there will be no future bookings!
