Otranto Relax Apartment

The location was fantastic but that’s as far as it goes. The apartment was absolutely not suitable for a family. The place is run down, no cooking utensils , heating not working, and the list goes on and on.

Great location near Vatican Museum, and close to metro station. Nice building, felt very safe. Apartment itself was average. Photos a little misleading - thought we’d be getting a seperate lounge, but that was a different apartment. And kitchenware in desperate need of upgrading. We had one glass & two cups between 4 of us! But we still enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was not the same apartment shown in the pictures. There was a picture of a patio in the advertisement but when we got there there was no patio. The 2 tvs didn't work. The washing machine did not wring out the clothes. It was very hot and took 1 whole day to get air con working in the bedroom. There was only air con in the bedroom if you kept the bedroom door closed.The living room was really a hallway with a couch. The owner left us sitting at the airport for 3 hours because he didn't want us to check in before 3pm, even though there was no one in the apartment. Dirty laundry from other guests, a large bag was left in the apartment during our stay. The owner told us someone was coming to pick it up but of course no one did. The apartment was in a handy location close to the metro and the Vatican Museums. The sheets were clean but the apartment itself was not that clean.

There is no check in desk, it is an apartment in a block. We were met at the main door to be given the keys by prior arrangement.

Апартаменты в двух минутах ходьбы от метро Оттавиано и в 7 минутах ходьбы от Ватикана. В апартах две спальни с двуспальными кроватями плюс одна раскладывающаяся кровать. Для пятерых человек вполне удобно. Холл - это не полноценная комната, а небольшой коридор, из которого выходят двери в кухею, ванную комнату и спальни. Там стоит нераскладывающийся диван. В апартах есть: стиралка, посудомойка, телевизоры в каждой комнате, кондиционеры, утюг и глалильная доска, сушилка для вещей, мощный фен, кастрюли, сковородки, вся посуда, кроме винных бокалов. В ванной: душ, биде, унитаз, раковина банные причиндалы. Полотенец больше, чем достаточно. Постельное белье чистое и мягкое. Менеджер Валентина очень заботливая и милая, во всем вам поможет. Минусов для нас не было, потому что низкий ценник был главным плюсом. Мы ездили не с туристической, а с рабочей целью, в номер приходили только спать.

Quello che non funziona è la vostra comunicazione: Non avete scritto o comunicato a me che dovevano essere pagate, oltre che le tasse per soggiorno (che possono starci) ma anche le spese di pulizia! Questo è scorretto, avrei preferito sapwre prima quanto mi costava in totale la casa.

Se non per la posizione molto comoda, non la consiglierei a nessuno. Per la pulizia, per i letti e per non parlare del bagno e della doccia. I ragazzi del check in devono ancora darci notizie di un telecomando del climatizzatore che, aimè ,non si trovava . Peccato che siamo già rientrati. Per finire alla sorpresa del costo delle pulizie che supera di molto il pernotto, con un totale che supera una lussuosa camera di albergo.
