When we arrived, the apartment was hot and stuffy. Although when we bookedonlins, we made sure the apartment had AC, when we turned it on, it wasn’t working. We called the office to see if they could bring a fan and the receptionist said just open the window, we don’t have a fan. He then said: I will come by tomorrow after you leave to look at the AC. How is that supposed to help our stay? We couldn’t open the window because the apartment was at street level and you could hear people walking and talking and cars driving by. Plus, we didn’t feel safe. The sofa also had big liquid stains on it. We would never stay here again...not a pleasant experience and impression for our first trip to Budapest.
