NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
It was a family trip for holiday. The rom was given to me exactly at 04.00pm although the room was empty and I was prepared to pay extra for early checkin. There is no front desk. ITs only a security person sitting there who cant help you with anything at all.
IT was very cold about -10 deg. Celsius outside But there was no hot water running in the taps. The first day we managed with just warm water. On second day there was not even warm water. We called the security person and after long waiting hours he came up and fixed something. That worked for that day. On the next day again there was NO HOT WATER. We called the security but it's different person everyday. The person knew nothing and refused to help. He made a call but said there was no reply. We called the customer service several times for next 3 hours as we had an early morning check out on next day. On every call they said someone would come to fix the problem but nobody came. Finally there was a call from the customer service only to tell me there is nothing they can do about the problem. It can be fixed only on the next day after my check out. We had to take cold water showers in minus temp.
The dish water was also leaking and soap water was coming all over the room.
While they are have very sophisticated system to send emails, notices, reminders, collecting credit card details but they are pathetic when it comes to service.
I will never stay here again nor will recommend anyone to stay here.
