Irresponsible management
I booked this place same day, which I stay at often, and had an emergency an hour after booking it and couldn’t make it. I called the hotel to let them know I had an emergency and would not be checking in and the front desk attendant said he could cancel for me with no charge since it was less than 24 hours after booking, I just needed to call hotels.com and arrange it and they would let it go through. So,I contacted them and the person there said yes, no problem, happy to do this, they just needed to confirm it with a manager at the hotel. After several attempts and days of trying to contact the manager, they never received a response from the hotel, so they could not help me and I am out $300. All they needed to do was answer back and it would have helped me out. They were the ones who told me do so it in the first place.
There have been too many issues here with things like this- double charges at the front desk- mis charging- things of this nature and this was the last straw for me.
