knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with

Please allow 2-3 hours time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle
Airport.
Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and that you
may be driving at night.

From Denver: Take I-70 West from Denver to Exit 176 Vail. At the
bottom of the exit ramp, enter the roundabout and go 3/4 around to
pass under I-70. At the next roundabout, take the first exit to onto
the South Frontage Road, heading West towards Lionshead. Go .5 mile
and turn left after the Lionshead Parking Structure onto E. Lionshead
Circle (if you pass under the pedestrian bridge then you have gone too
far). Go .07 mile and turn right into a small side street (there is a
VAIL 21 sign). The side street is located after the entrance and exits
of Vantage Point (technically 3rd possible turn). See "continued"
below.
From Eagle: Take I-70 East from Eagle to Exit 173 (West Vail). Go to
the round-about and take the 3rd exit on South Frontage Road headed
east towards Lionshead. Go 2.2 miles and turn right onto E. Lionshead
Circle (if you pass the Lionshead parking Structure you have gone too
far). Go .07 mile and turn right into a small side street (there is a
VAIL 21 sign). The side street is located after the entrance and exits
of Vantage Point (technically 3rd possible turn). See "continued"
below.
Continued: Once in the side street/driveway, go 140 ft (43 meters) and
turn right into the small parking area. Your assigned parking space
will be to the right, labeled with a sign. Guests are liable for any
fees/tickets incurred from not parking in the specific residence
parking space. DO NOT park in the any other space, even if you see a
Berkshire Hathaway sign on the space. This is not guest parking, you
will be ticked and towed at your expense. Parking is provided for
regular sized vehicles only. Additional and/or over-sized vehicles
(approximately 6 feet 8 inches in total height) must be parked at the
Lionshead Parking Structure for a fee.
Use caution walking through the parking lot, the floor may be very
icy. Proceed across the lot toward the building and take the few steps
going down on your left.
Continue down the walkway and go past Vail Sports shop on your left.
The elevator is on your left. Take elevator to 3rd floor.
Exit the elevator and turn right. Proceed down to the end of the hall.
#306 is on your right just before the stairwell. There is a
combination lock on the door.
Enter [Available in Guest Portal starting 7 days prior to your
arrival], and open with the handset lever. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOOR
WILL LOCK BEHIND YOU, and requires the combination each time to enter.
