It was okay. Nothing to brag about. Our check-in was incredibly ho hum. The young lady didn't smile or greet us. There was no air conditioning, my error, should have researched it more. BUT, they did provide a fan, bonus points. (We usually bring our own when we don't have to fly - since we flew this time the small fan was appreciated and a life saver) Everything ordered at the restaurant was very good. Silly idiosyncrasies, they serve "dipping dots" (I forgot what they call them, something melts) and they refused to "mix" two kinds. My husband asked why and they said they can't?? Aren't you suppose to give a customer what they want when it is within reason? Huge issue with ice. In the evenings we like to enjoy a drink in our room (which we always have one in the hotel bar first) the first night no ice! The third night, no ice, and they were rude! They did explain that they had a very small ice machine BUT when it is hot outside, or when you have a booked party, make ice ahead of time, OR go buy some so your restaurant, bar, has ice for your customers.
