Our recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The air conditioning unit functioned intermittently and produced constant, disruptive noise, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom sink was blocked and drained extremely slowly. The room itself had a persistent unpleasant odor, which made our stay uncomfortable. We also observed that many guests kept their room windows open throughout their stay, likely due to similar issues with air quality and ventilation.
After making the reservation, I called the hotel to put in a request for a room with a nice view since we were celebrating a special occasion during our stay. The female concierge I spoke to over the phone after making the reservation told me that she cannot add any notes and I will be notified via an email when they will check my reservation. She was very cold and lacked customer service skills. On the bright side, the cleaning staff was amazing though, they should be the ones at the concierge desk.
The only redeeming feature was the buffet breakfast, which was reasonably priced at $6.99 and offered a decent selection. However, the overall condition of the accommodations overshadowed this positive aspect. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this property.
