This property has a lot of potential but an absolute lack of staff training! Poor training of front desk, and most of the staff! Problems started at check in, I arrived w my 6 yo around 8, Luis at front desk gave us a key, bellboy said luggage will get delivered within 10 mins. That is a pretty big facility, my kid was exhausted! We went to our room , and find out that he forgot to activate a key, was hoping that guy w a luggage will come, and use a radio so we don't walk back! No one came, after waiting for 10 more mins ,we went back with my exhausted kid! Guy at the lobby , said oh sorry, and activated a key, I told him come on my son is mad tired, at lease send us with a golf cart, his reply was brilliant , go talk to bell boy! When we went outside to see that guy, our. luggage was still there! That is 30 mins past from our arrival! He was on the phone speaking Spanish , and I was standing right next to him for few mins! That is all after 8pm where was no people! He ignored me and was on the phone all this time! I lost patience since my kid was tired and hungry ! Took the luggage and went to the room!SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL , Luis even forgot to give us towel cards!Poorly managed! Place is mess! Same food day and night in buffet, if you didn't make reservation you done! Hard to get to restaurants !Carlos was our concierge , was ok for first 2 days, stop responding after! Messaged us when we were on the way to airport said sorry was away! No plates in buffet always mess
