Booked on hotels.com, photos (attached) pictured a separate bedroom and living area but when we checked in we were given a studio room. Also booked a room with a tub (we have a toddler) but was given a shower instead. Hotel was unwilling to change it. Follow up with hotels.com the next day was also unwilling to admit error despite my ability to show pics of what I booked but hotels.com did offer a very small credit.
When we checked in, the first room we were given smelled very badly like sewer. Front desk did change our room immediately. The second room was clean and comfortable but not actually what we booked.
Finally, we were awoken at 2:30AM but very loud guests yelling and wandering up and down the hall. Called the front desk but noise continued for 30 min before finally settling down. At checkout, was informed it was a wedding party but was not offered any apology. Overall front desk staff was unhelpful and non apologetic.
We were disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub keeps getting shut down for cleaning over the long weekend.
We probably would book another hotel if we knew ahead of time.
We've been to this hotel multiple times and usually it's very clean with no issues
But this time we saw bugs in the breakfast area.
The breakfast is still very good with multiple options.
The staff are welcoming and very nice

Lots of parking. Walk-in and be greeted by lovely ladies at the front. Beautiful room 323. Pool and hot tub were busy so we donât use it. Elevators are working and clean.
