The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life: Dirty, Unco
I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I originally planned to stay for 15 days, but I had to leave after the first night due to the appalling conditions. The hotel felt like something out of Prison Break—extremely strange and uncomfortable.
I contacted the Hotéis.com chat several times, begging them to cancel the rest of my reservation because it was impossible to stay there. Everything in the hotel was dirty. The air conditioner, in particular, was disgusting and visibly unclean, which triggered my allergies within the first two hours.
When I asked for an extra pillow, the receptionist told me there were none available and suggested I use towels under my existing pillow instead. On top of that, the location was terrible—nothing was open nearby, and everything was far away, making access to basic necessities very difficult.
To make matters worse, the hotel had an awful smell. It was, without a doubt, the worst night of my life.
