Bad costumer service
It started off rocky… check in is at 4, you are supposed to get a link sent to you with codes and such. 4 came around and we never got a text with the link. We started calling the property a little after 4, we never got an answer and no call back. We showed up at the property around 5:15 pm. I went inside and nobody was at the desk. I continued to call but still no answer. Someone finally showed up at the desk like 15 min later. She then tells me that I should’ve gotten there earlier because it was first come, first served when the rooms are ready. She said I wasn’t going to get a text message with the codes. The customer service was terrible. Won’t be staying there anymore.
