I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, the check-in process was delayed by an hour, which was frustrating. When I finally arrived, I was assigned a room that was of lesser value than what I had paid for, and I was made to stay in that room for the first night.
What stood out negatively was the behavior of the owner/manager, George. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even yelling at me during our interactions. I also witnessed him yelling at another guest just two days later, which was uncomfortable and concerning.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The staff's attitude and poor customer service overshadow any positives the property might have. I advise potential guests to be cautious and consider other options.
