Good value for the money. People at the front desk were very helpful good location near restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, itâs hard to get a hold of them asthey do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phone or WhatsApp.
Cose a me mai successe ma basta chiedere e sarai servito.
Everything was fine , my suggestion is to remove the carpet from the room, because the initial impression is a smell to stinky feet, the smell improved the next day when the air conditioning removed the humidity
All employees were nice , gym was closed early morning
Thank you
The staff at reception was not welcoming. I asked for some ice for soft drink - no ice in winter (when temperatures go up to 25 deg, and humidity up to 80 %.
The curtains in the bedroom did not open, there was a bad smell throughout the hotel, the worst in the run down gym (smelt like a dead camel).
There were also no towels in my room. An old rug lying in front of bathroom - I mean, really?
Overall the worst accommodation I have used in Oman.
I arrived there as a short term solution to a former hotel problem. I ended up loving the place so much that I stayed for the whole duration while in country. As a solo female travelor, I got out of it so much more than what I've paid for. It's a major city, so usual expectations are all there, but I woul personally give it a 4.5 stars because it met my expectations and beyond. The building has structural wear and tears, but which building doesn't? Thank you so much for making my stay in Oman such a beautiful and memorable one.
