A very mid stay
Stayed here recently and overall—just mid. The bed and pillows were way too soft, offering little support and not much sleep. I needed a toothbrush, but housekeeping said they didn’t have any and that they were “on back order,” which felt a bit odd for a hotel.
Service was disappointing. I ordered Uber Eats, and unlike most hotels I’ve stayed at, no one would bring it up to my room—I had to go down myself. Same story when I needed cutlery: they don’t provide it via housekeeping, and I had to ask the restaurant downstairs directly.
If you’re here on a quick business trip for 1–2 nights and don’t expect much, it’s acceptable. But for anything longer or more comfortable, I’d look elsewhere.
