During my stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham San Francisco Airport North on December 24, 2025, I found several positive aspects and some areas that need improvement. The free and reliable shuttle service was a great convenience, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the hotel’s connection to an IHOP was a nice bonus. Additionally, the short walking distance to a convenience store was very handy. However, the check-in process was chaotic, with insufficient lobby seating for guests waiting to check in. The property is quite sprawling, and during our stay, it rained, which made the lack of continuous covered walkways between buildings problematic as we got wet walking from our room to the lobby. The layout of the rooms was confusing, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. There was a noticeable cockroach infestation, and the furniture surfaces, carpet, and walls were dirty.
