Pictures do not represent the actual condition of the property. When I checked in they checked me into the wrong room in their system. Within 20 minutes of checking in another couple tried to enter my room and they were checked into the same room. Then housekeeper tried to enter my room. I called the front office for them to tell me they had me listed in a different room. No apology or anything. The rooms are very worn down. Toilet was cracked. Shower head falling off and wouldn’t stop dripping. Pillows are way past expiration date and very uncomfortable. Mattress also needs replacement. I would not recommend and will not stay again.

Dumpy place that looks good in pictures
Staff was friendly and helpful. Layout of the room was good, but the hotel was old and not in good condition. Fixtures fell off the wall in the bathroom. There was visible dirt in places and no light available in half of the room. The place served out needs but was massively overpriced for the quality.

Ok stay
Best part of the stay was the receptionist Sunshine. She was wonderful. However during the stay, we were not able to check in at check in time as they didn't have any rooms. And we came back 4 hours later to find out that they gave our room away and had no more of that style. Sunshine was able to switch our room to an upgrade but that meant we lost the double beds and ended up with a king size bed. We were grateful to have a room and thanks Sunshine for all her help. But the room was not really set up for myself and our two kids. They're definitely were not enough blankets and one of the sheets was dirty. The bathtub was really scratchy like they just redone it but they didn't sand it down all the way. Hopefully the hotel gets some upgrades soon.

VIP taxi
Trying to get a ride to airport was a nightmare. They had Uber set up for me but 3 rides cancelled on me. Eventually they called VIP taxi which was there in 2 minutes. Shout out to VIP taxi for saving my flight

Phoenix Overnight Stop
Positives: it was close to the airport; room comfortable, quiet , & clean; breakfast was good. Negative: they had no luggage carts! They loaned us a laundry cart to get our things to the 3rd floor…not so lucky at departure. Unfortunate for two seniors.
