We happily stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and the front desk was extremely helpful. Person we dealt with at check-in was not. Asked about a restaurant we had liked, told it probably wasn't there anymore. Asked for suggestions, told to turn left out of hotel, go down a few blocks, "there are a lot of restaurants." There was no menu for hotel restaurant in our room, no price list for mini-bar, no room service menu, no instructions for TV. Went back to desk, same person, she acted like these aren't typical forms to be found in hotel rooms and directed me to the hotel restaurant "if I wanted to see a menu". I was then able to get a room service menu, had dinner - the tray was still outside our door when we checked out the next day.
