Horrible Service
If I could rate zero stars, I would. This hotel, lost my initial reservation, and did not bother working with the company. I prepaid to find it. Their service was horrendous. Walking through the smoke filled casino to get to your room is not a pleasant experience. The room itself is fine. But service at this hotel, makes this never return for me.

I was charged $55.00 because a bottle of red wine was touched. We never used anything from the mini bar. Are you able to assist with this issue? Also I was not informed there would be a 55.00 amenities charge per person. This information should have been given to me at check in.

Not great at all. The place is way too crowded, rooms are a bit worn out, and there were dirty dishes that stayed outside our room for days.

USD$43 for a kettle or USD$23 for hot water.
Travelled there as family with a 7 months old. Ask for hot water to make milk for baby and they wanted to charge me USD$43 for a kettle. When ask for a pot of hot water they want it to charge me USD$23. Had to walk around different restaurants and bars in the restaurant and ask for hot water like a beggar but even then none of the venues wanted to give us any hot water. Place is great if you have no young children or going just as a couple.
