Refusing refund
When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the swimming pool Gym and Sauna were not in use and wouldn’t be for at least a week because of some technical problem. I told him that I didn’t want to stay there anymore because of this and they should give me a refund, They said I had to go through Hotels.com for the refund but they would agree to give it when Hotels.com contacted them.
Since then, I have spoken and emailed Hotels.com who have, in turn, tried many times to get Martin Hotel to agree to the refund and they have refused !!
I’ve stayed in this hotel many times before and I cannot believe the appalling attitude that they are giving in not granting a refund as it was their fault that I had to change Hotel. I will never stay this hotel ever again:-((
