Our stay was enjoyable overall, and we plan to return. The evening front desk team and nighttime bartender provided impressive service, demonstrating their friendliness and professionalism. Nevertheless, some areas need improvement. The morning front desk worker's behavior was unacceptable, seeming rude and put off by tasks or requests, which raises concerns about her suitability for the role. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was disappointing, with cold food at 7:30, likely due to inactive warmers. Meaning they was in warmers, but they didn’t work or wasn’t turned on. This fell short of our expectations, given the Hilton brand's reputation and associated costs. Although our experience was mostly satisfactory, it did not entirely meet our expectations for a Hilton hotel.
