My stay at JW Marriott Bosphorus Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Lara and Semih at check-in, who ensured a seamless and pleasant start to my experience. Their professionalism and hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay.
A big thank you to Rabia and Lara for recommending the spacious room with a stunning view and balcony—it was absolutely worth it! Waking up to the breathtaking Bosphorus each morning was an unforgettable highlight.
The rooftop restaurant team truly made my stay extra special. A heartfelt shoutout to Serkan, Eyüp, Semih, Kenan, Elif, and manager Mehmet for their incredible service, warm conversations, and making every meal a delightful experience. The ambiance, food, and hospitality on the rooftop were simply unmatched!
Check-out was equally smooth, thanks to Tufan, Firat, Borat, and Semih, who ensured everything was handled efficiently with great care. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made leaving this beautiful hotel even harder!
