Unfriendly front desk staff, not accommodating, seemed bothered to have people to check in. Told me it’s “the law” to have a credit card for a room, but somehow I was able to stay at another Wyndham hotel the night before in the same province, which I would assume have the same laws with no credit card. And no public bathrooms in lobby, and front desk wouldn’t give me a room key to relieve myself until I was fully checked in which took almost 15 minutes to check in.
The rooms were a standard room nothing special about them. But it was good for a sleep.
Forgot rings in a room and Mark was able to retrieve them for me once I called, so very appreciative on him!
Continental breakfast was very basic, yogurt and cereal. I like to book hotels with continental breakfast included to justify a price of a nightly stay, this was not justified for the breakfast offered.
Wouldn’t stay again, not terrible just not worth it to me.
