When I arrived at about 11 PM, there was loud music coming from a room across the hall from my own. Shortly after checking in, the front desk called me to ask if I was the source of the noise. Apparently no effort was made to come upstairs to investigate which room was causing the disturbance. I also had to sign an acknowledgement of the hotel's no smoking policy upon check-in. The bathroom in my room lacked shampoo.
The hotel was suitable for what I needed (a place to sleep to break up a long drive) but I don't think I'd make a point of staying here again if the need arose, nor would I recommend it to others.
