Everything is going well. Couple issues with house keeping. Other renters . But really all and all it's ok . Asked for smoking room was told I would get one never did.
The 2nd Shift Guest Representative is horrible. I have already complained to Corporate. I dont feel she like black people, she threatened me over the phone simply because I told i was going to sign for my room later that night. The room was already paid for a day before.
Don't stay here. General manager is extremely rude, aggressive, and racist. Her name is Namisha Patel and she acts like she's the owner. I've been staying here for weeks off and on with absolutely no problem. Today right after paying for my room in full she called, kicked me out and kept my money. She said my money is hers now. She claimed I didn't pay a random $2 service fee... from YESTERDAY when I checked in....I tried to tell her I didn't know, no one told me but She wouldn't let me speak, it was nothing but yelling and talking over me. I had no problem paying but she wouldn't let me. She immediately threatened to call the police. Over $2! I left and called corporate, they put me on hold to talk to her but she yelled and hung up on them too! Crazy! The representative immediately understood and filed a formal complaint. She's currently under investigation and they're gonna make sure I get my money back. Apparently she's known for this and had multiple complaints. How can someone who treats people so inhumanely be in any position of power? I don't know if this is a corporate location or franchise but either way she is NOT a person who should be hired to represent a company in anyway. I've never been talked to the way she talked to me, not to mention stealing my money. I can't stress this enough .. DON'T STAY HERE.

The management seems to have a dislike and concerns about who, what, and why are you there. Less concerned about you as a person or whether she can make your stay safe and pleasant.
We are truck drivers and we stopped through at this particular property and the manager!!!!! Nimisha is excellent. We love her. She always make sure she takes care of us. The room we had was immaculate and that is our go to every time we touchdown in Atlanta.
