Good location, close to two metro stations of two different metro lines (5 min walking), tram stops in 50 meters, central train station is about 15 min by foot. 2 min walking from the city park. The area seemed not always safe after darkness, but there were no problems actually. The hotel is modern and clean, the room was quite big and comfortable, although the first room we got was not what we booked (double bed vs queen size bed, non-smoking room), they changed it immediately. Breakfast was good, nice selection of pastries and all what you expect from a 4-star hotel. One problem with the breakfast: milk ran out very fast and refilled quite slowly (mainly only after requested). And could be more vegetables, not tomato only. The staff was helpful. Overall a good hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
