HORRIBLE HOTEL
This trip was horrible. The hotel had no air-conditioning. They put me on the fourth floor and heat rises so it was very hot. There was no refrigerator in the room. They would not give me a washcloth so that I could wash my face. They didnât even know what it was. They told me to use a towel from the shower to wash my face. There is no water to drink in the room and wanted to charge me like six dollars for a bottle of water .
My friend was stuck in their elevator for an hour and 45 minutes and they didnât seem to care at all. We had to call the fire department ourselves because they did not. There was no phone in the room so anytime I needed something. I had to go down four flights of stairs because I refuse to refuse the elevator after my friend was stuck in it. The room was so tiny that if you needed to get to the other side of the bed, you had to crawl over the bed because there was not enough space to walk between the bed and the wall where the TV was hanging. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
